I used DAP, if u r using regular software to download then click save then another window will show up then at the right corner click save. After that go to control panel. Then click printer and other hardware. After go to mouse. At the top click pointer. Then above the “cancel” button click “browse”….where is says cursors go down and click documents. Then double click the one u downloaded then at the bottom click “OK”
